Confidentiality


Confidentiality of information and data protection is extremely important and most of times it is a prerequisite for a translation work. We can ensure strict confidentiality for all translation projects and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement for commercial, technical or other information with each of our clients. Our translators, interpreters, editors and any other member of our staff also sign a confidentiality agreement with the company, so that safety of your information is ensured.
All incoming documents in electronic format and all translations are stored and backed-up in an electronic database with limited access, only by authorised staff. Any document that comes in hard copy is returned to client as soon as its translation is completed or is shredded and recycled, according to client's request.
